| Please Note: White is no longer offered as an option for the color of the baskets. Please also note that there is an additional $3.00 charge per basket for quantity purchases and larger baskets requiring dark coffee stain. A discount of 10% off from the regular price will be offered for quantity purchases of 20 or more of the same basket. After your order and payment is received, a confirmation email detailing your order will be sent to you. Since all baskets are made to order, checks must clear before shipment can be made.
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Bank Checks, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders payable in U.S. Dollars. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "Baskets by jmb". You may also pay for your purchase through Paypal, which will accept most credit cards. (If you do wish to make your payment with Paypal, please send me an e-mail for further details) Prices subject to change without notice. For large orders, it may be necessary to process credit card payments in advance for purchase of additional supplies for weaving your basket(s).
Finding the Verification Number on your Credit Card
Your order will be shipped by US Postal Service. Please include a street address on the Order Form, rather than a P.O. Box. Shipping fees are listed on the Order Form and should be included with payment. For orders outside Continental U.S., shipments will be sent via U.S. Postal Service. Please contact us for exact charges. Please note that large custom orders will be charged separately after basket(s) are woven and shipping weight is determined.To keep shipping costs down, we use recycled boxes from local merchants. Your satisfaction with my product is very important to me. If for any reason you wish to return an item for refund, credit or exchange, please contact us for authorization number and instructions. Unauthorized returned packages will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice (no photocopies will be accepted) and must be within 15 days of the invoice date. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please Note: Baskets that are custom made with specified measurements are not refundable. If a package should arrive damaged, please contact me immediately, and keep original box, item, and all packing materials. I understand the importance of privacy to my customers and visitors to my Web site. I will not give or sell confidential or personal information about a customer to any third party not affiliated with their transaction, except as required by law or as necessary to provide delivery services to the customer.
